Building well isn’t just about structures for Will Sievers—it’s about trust, purpose, and contributing to the character of Tampa, his family’s hometown for generations. As the founder and managing member of KSO Holdings LLC, Will leads a boutique firm specializing in owner’s representation, real estate development, and construction services. He provides steady leadership and thoughtful outcomes to private homeowners, commercial developers, and institutional boards.

Will began his career constructing U.S. Embassies across Africa and Asia, managing high-security logistics, tight schedules, and international teams. After returning to Tampa, he helped lead major local developments before launching KSO to offer a more personalized, client-focused approach. A licensed Florida General Contractor, Will blends technical precision with collaborative leadership.

He is a graduate of Auburn University (B.S. in Building Science, ’09), Jesuit High School (’05), and the Academy of the Holy Names (A’01). Giving back to the community is of utmost importance to everyone at KSO Group. Will currently serves on the Board of Trustees for ZooTampa and the Academy of the Holy Names. In his free time, Will and his family enjoy exploring Florida’s natural beauty.
